“Looking In, Looking Out: The Language of Photographic Texts” Student Wall Exhibit, Perkins Library
This page displays a few of the "APES"--annotated photographic essays--created by Writing 20 classes over the years and displayed annualy in the Perkins Library. Accompanying the collection of images on a single poster is each student’s carefully crafted critical analysis. Although all photographs, iconic or otherwise, tell a story, when joined with other images they also create a dynamic new image – one that proves greater than the sum of its parts.
