Since 1959, Duke has produced basketball team posters to depict the season’s player lineup and defining season motto. Mike Krzyzewski (Coach K) assumed the role of head coach in 1980, and Carol "Mickie" Krzyzewski, Coach K’s wife, started the tradition of directing themed posters for each team.
