10 Years, 10 Treatments: An exhibit of conservation treatments from the Duke University Libraries Conservation Laboratory
Broadside Collection
This collection contains an estimated 3,000-5,000 items which are currently being digitized in the Digital Production Center (DPC). Conservation prepares each broadside by removing it from its plastic sleeve and repairing any major damage. We then give them to DPC for imaging. Once imaged, we get them back from DPC and sort them into enclosures or file folders depending on their size.
